No guarantee of approval

Every loan is subject to assessment of your documents, verification, and — depending on the loan — a guarantor or collateral. Sending an enquiry or documents does not guarantee approval or disbursal, and we may decline an application.

Rates and charges are confirmed in writing

We do not publish interest rates, because they depend on the loan type, amount, tenure and your documents. Your rate, how interest is calculated, the processing fee and any other charge are confirmed with you in writing before you sign. No charge is added afterwards.

Timelines are typical, not guaranteed

Where we say funds are “typically” disbursed within 24–48 hours of approval, or that gold loans are “often” same-day, these describe usual cases, not a promise for every loan.

Your agreement is final

Your signed loan agreement sets out your actual terms. If it differs from anything on this website, the agreement applies. Please read it fully before signing.

Borrow what you can repay

A loan must be repaid on the agreed schedule. Consider your income and other commitments before borrowing, and talk to us early if you expect difficulty with a payment.
